Employee Applications are now being taken. We will have a link to the form posted shortly.

We are back online after two months of inactivity!!!

Employee email is out as we are converting to a new email system. Please be patient! Once completed, employees will use the new OWA to access email. It is an easier more user friendly tool to access email. This system is extremely hard to work with, please be patient.

Please give us adequate time to get back on our feet as it has been a strenuous past few months on all of us.

For all questions and concerns, please email us on the main email which is computertechcenter@live.com

***NEW SERVICES!!!***

Coming soon to a CTC near you!!!

Starting next summer, CTC will begin to support and repair Apple computers! This move will allow us to repair any Apple computer from a desktop to a laptop. Currently, we are going through extensive training with Apple computers as well as the Linux operating system. We have realized that many people have begun to branch out to the use of Mac's. We are very proud to begin supporting these particular computers. Apple support will begin on May 16, 2011, while Linux Support will begin June 1, 2011. We are very excited to offer these services to you as well as learning how to use these Operating Systems.

Welcome to our Redesigned Site!

We did this for you, the customer! We have completely reconstructed our site making it easier to navigate. Many of the old things you use to find from our main home page may have a sub-page now. For Example, our Announcements Page & Calendar have now been integrated into the News and Media section of our website. Another system we have decided to implement is color coating of important information.

Red-VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION (EVERYONE)
Green-IMPORTANT CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Blue-STAFF & MEETING INFORMATION

Some of the things IT Research will be implementing soon is to include our newly constructed Knowledge Base and documentation system. We are very excited about this tool. This tool is web-based and will be integrated into our site. Our present Dell System(s) will operate as the base server since it is more quiet and efficient.

Changes to the Site

As stated before, nothing has really changed its just our look. One of the more important changes that you will see soon is we have completley reformatted the criteria for computer purchases. This will be done by our IT Department. The computers we primarily promote now will include Dell, HP Compaq, and Apple. Any other computer manufacturer is available by your request. This does not mean these are the only machines we service, it simply means when we look at purchases we refer you to these systems first, as these are long lasting systems and will meet your standards.

Changes for Employees (Coming Soon)

Are you one of those employees that never has time to check your email or never gets the Daily Word? This will be ending soon! At present, we have many of our Head Executives and Dept. Heads testing a new piece of software that will change the way we communicate. This particular piece of Software is known as Microsoft Groove 2007. Groove acts as a conference room bringing to us use of a whiteboard, discussion room, chat, and many other features. This new software will be integrated into the site during the summer months (The first couple of weeks), and will be in full implementation before the end of June, so employees get ready, because here comes Groove!!!

Navigation!

The site map will be your Garmin or TomTom on this site. We would like to highlight some of the changes that we have made.

  • Flight Simulator became FS Club Lounge

  • News and current information found under the old "News and Media" section is now under What's new.
    Chess/Checkers Club (New)

  • The Departments page has been eliminated, therefore all Departments are listed on the main page.

This small list will help you navigate the site for the time being. A temporary site map will be posted on here as we update the new one. Please be reminded this is temporary.
